Why I Do What I Do

In 2018, I faced my first chronic condition—gallbladder disease. Frustrated by the lack of personalized advice from healthcare professionals, I took matters into my own hands. Through dietary changes, I avoided surgery and regained control of my health. Later, I lowered my high blood pressure and I’m living pill free. Now I am navigating life living with endometriosis, reducing my own flare-ups and inflammation.

The years of struggle, worry, and side effects from pills fueled my determination to make a difference - not only for me and my loved ones, but also for women suffering from endometriosis who want to heal their bodies and become healthier.

My Mission

My aim is to provide personalized nutrition, plant medicine and lifestyle plans so women with endometriosis can improve their health and wellbeing.

The Heartbreaking Reality

Women often hear the same advice:

“Just lose some weight!”

But what if weight isn’t the issue?

My Holistic Approach

Many times I heard the Just lose weight “advice” and I felt completely discouraged. Chronic inflammation can impact how you’re metabolising fat and raise your cortisol levels. Not to mention the fatigue and the need for rest during an endometriosis flare-up. These three aspects alone can make weight seem impossible.

This is why I created my holistic approach to better health (including weight loss):

  • What (and how) we eat becomes the building blocks of our future self. As a high vibration nutrition consultant, I believe that real foods combined with spices, consumed in a relaxed way, can power a series of positive health outcomes.

  • High-intensity workouts aren’t always the answer. As a yoga teacher, I recommend a blend of movement routines destined to slim down, firm, increase strength and flexibility, based on current lifestyle and stress levels.

  • There is an abundance of herbs, spices and plants in the universe that can help us become healthier. As an advanced herbalist, I use the medicinal properties of plants to boost wellbeing results.

  • One of the most powerful tools we can use to improve our health. As a lifestyle coach, I help clients find their best routines to increase restful sleep and have more energy.
